The licensed ensemble starts with a sleeveless mock neck and fitted pants. A military jacket with a high-low profile, wide lapels, golden epaulettes and trim, and decorative buttons gives the costume a powerful look. Meanwhile, the included cat ears headband, gloves, thigh-high boot covers, and gold-trimmed tricorn hat ensure fans are dressed just like Captain Amelia.
